The end-of-season team party, solved
Awards on the big screen, players versus coaches in the cage, and food built for a hungry roster. Team celebrations at Overtime Arena.

The season ends and somebody has to book the party. The pizza place works until the roster hits twenty and the parents want somewhere to sit. The arena was built for exactly this.
Players play their sport
A baseball or softball team takes the Batbox cage for a home run derby and a few innings of Classic Game. A soccer team takes a bay for a penalty shootout. A hockey team runs a shootout against the virtual goalie. Then everybody rotates, because the bays switch sports in a tap and the kids want to try the one they do not play.
Players versus coaches
The skills challenge is the highlight: coaches step into the cage or the bay and every shot goes on the board. The kids usually win. It is good for them.
Awards on the screen
Coaches hand out the season’s awards with the team’s highlights, photos or a slide on the big screens, and a host keeps it moving so the awards happen while everyone is still in the room.
Food for a roster
Team-sized food packages are built for hungry players, with options for the parents and the siblings who came along. Parents order from the bar from the same table.
Bring the whole roster and the families; there is space for everyone to sit. Send a request from the Plan an Event page with the team’s size and sport and we will build the rotation.
