How to plan a kids birthday at Overtime Arena
Reserved play, a party host, food that arrives on time and room for the cake. A step-by-step guide to a birthday at the arena.

The best kids parties have the same shape: everyone is busy, nobody is waiting, the food shows up when the energy dips, and the birthday kid gets a moment. Here is how that works at the arena.
Pick the lineup
Younger groups rotate through soccer, hockey and basketball in the multi-sport bay, where the player settings scale down to small kicks and short shots. Older kids add the Batbox cage, where a home run derby is the loudest ten minutes of any party, and the gaming lounge for a bracket. Your host builds the rotation so every kid is doing something at every moment.
Reserve the time
A booked party gets reserved play time, a dedicated party area and a host for the whole event. The host runs the games, keeps score and makes sure the guest of honor is announced on the screen when it is their turn.
Order the food once
Pizza and wings packages arrive at the party area on a schedule you set with us, usually when the first rotation ends. Soft drinks are included in every package. Parents can order from the full menu and the bar from the same table.
Bring the cake
Outside food is not permitted at the arena, with one exception: your cake. Bring it, and we will keep it cold and bring it out with candles lit when you give the word.
Send the invitations
Digital invitations come with every booked party, so the group chat gets one link with the date, the time and the address: 635 Middle Country Road, Suite 101, in Selden.
Packages are Rookie, All-Star and MVP, and pricing is announced at opening. Send a request from the Plan an Event page and the events team will reach out as booking opens.
