Why Selden: the story behind Overtime Arena
A simulator arena with a real bar and kitchen on Middle Country Road, opening December 2026. What we are building in Selden and why.
Overtime is where the best games get decided and where the best nights keep going. That is the whole idea behind the arena: a place where friends, families, teams and coworkers compete at the sports they love, then stay for dinner and the game on the screens.
The building
We are at 635 Middle Country Road, Suite 101, in Selden, on Route 25 near Patchogue-Mount Sinai Road, with parking out front. Inside: HD SportSuite multi-sport bays, a Batbox batting cage, racing rigs, a gaming lounge, a full kitchen and a full bar. A 49-foot mural runs the length of the main room, carrying every sport we play and the arena’s coordinates.
The idea
Nobody on Long Island should have to drive to the city or wait for summer to play. A golfer in January, a Little League team in October, a company looking for something better than an escape room: all of them get the same answer, under one roof, with food that arrives at the bay.
The opening
We open in December 2026. Hours and the exact date come with the opening announcement, and the opening list on any page of this site is where it lands first. Party bookings are already being taken through the Plan an Event page, so the first weekends are filling now.
Play. Compete. Unwind. See you in overtime.
